This full-time contract opportunity offers a collaborative environment and the chance to help young learners grow and succeed. The role is set in a self-contained classroom (not multi-needs), serving three kindergarten and two first-grade students. Experience as a Special Education Teacher in school-based settings State certification in Special Education or eligibility for certification Familiarity with individualized instruction, IEP development, and progress monitoring Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and families Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment Dedication to nurturing student development and academic success Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging, individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals Creating a structured, caring classroom routine for kindergarten and first-grade students Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting methods as needed Collaborating daily with special education teaching partners and paraeducators Communicating with parents/guardians and related service staff to support student achievement Utilizing building-provided instructional materials and resources for lesson planning and intervention Role specifics: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:40 a.m. 2:40 p.m. Contract runs ASAP through October 31, 2026 Alternative full-time schedules may be considered when needed Onsite only; remote or hybrid arrangements are not available Benefit from ongoing team support and shared expertise If you are ready to thrive in a collaborative environment and make a measurable difference for early elementary students, we encourage you to apply nowhelp shape young lives through exceptional special education!
