What Youll Do:

Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet IEP goals and ensure English curriculum accessibility Foster a safe, positive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth Assess student progress and adjust instruction to address strengths and areas for improvement Partner with general education teachers, aides, and support staff to support inclusion and best practices Maintain accurate records, document student achievements, and regularly communicate with families Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
