Elementary Required credential : LBS1 Position Summary ANZ Learning Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support elementary students with diverse learning and developmental needs. The teacher will develop individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and create a supportive classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with students' IEPs . Provide appropriate instructional modifications and accommodations. Support students with disabilities, including autism and developmental disabilities. Implement effective classroom and behavior-management strategies. Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments and evaluations. Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other specialists. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Integrate educational technology and evidence-based instructional strategies to support learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Childhood Development, or a related field . Valid Special Education teaching license/credential or equivalent qualification. Experience working with elementary students with disabilities preferred. Knowledge of IEPs, special education regulations, instructional accommodations, and behavior-management strategies . Experience supporting students with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom-management skills. Why Join Us?
