Required Qualifications:

Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement (two positions available) Experience or strong interest in working with students ranging from kindergarten through age 22 Ability to be flexible regarding classroom or caseload placement Passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment Proven skills in adapting curricula and instructional methods

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support diverse learning needs Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed for best outcomes Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families Promote positive student behavior and engagement through strong relationship-building Participate in school meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development
