This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year, serving a single campus near Evanston, IL. The role provides a steady full-time schedule of 37.5-40 hours per week, working closely with a small, focused caseload of 7-8 students in grades K-2. Youll be supporting young learners with diverse needs, including those with developmental delays, Autism, and ADHD. Your expertise will help foster a positive, supportive learning environment, tailored to promote student growth and independence.

Qualifications:

Active LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist 1) certification required Proven experience with primary age students, ideally K-2nd grade Strong knowledge and understanding of instructional strategies for students with DD, Autism, and ADHD Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Effective communication and collaboration skills with both students and staff

Responsibilities:
