9688847-60423 Job Description Make a difference every day by nurturing student growth and achievement as a Special Education Teacher in a supportive school environment. Two contract opportunities are availableone in a middle school setting for 5th through 8th grades and one at the high school level for 9th through 12th grades. Each position is full time, serving a classroom of no more than ten students, primarily with learning disabilities. Middle School (5th8th Grade): Teach Math and English Language Arts Three ELA periods, two math periods daily

Schedule:

Approximately November 20, 2026 March 10, 2027

Hours:

7:45 am 3:10 pm High School (9th12th Grade): Deliver instruction in Math and ELA throughout much of the day Includes one study hall and one Adult Living period

Approximately February 4, 2027 May 7, 2027

Hours:

7:55 am 3:20 pm

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification Experience teaching students with learning disabilities preferred Strong content knowledge in ELA and Math Skilled in differentiating instruction and developing individualized learning plans Collaborative, communicative, and dedicated to student success
