Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing dedicated support and instruction as a Special Education Teacher. This position offers the opportunity to work with students with diverse learning needs in a supportive school environment. Your expertise will help create an inclusive, engaging classroom where every student can thrive. Qualifications Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong understanding of a variety of learning disabilities and behavioral challenges Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt instructional methods to suit individual student needs Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere Responsibilities Assess student abilities and needs to design effective, personalized instructional plans Implement and modify lesson plans to ensure accessibility for all learners Provide specialized instruction and interventions, both in individual and small group settings Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success Monitor progress towards IEP goals and maintain detailed records Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages student growth and confidence Take this opportunity to make a real difference as a Special Education Teacher.
