Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field Proven experience working with students with diverse abilities, preferably in a school setting Familiarity with IEP development and implementation processes Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized instructional strategies based on students' needs Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams Adapt lessons and curriculum to provide accessible learning opportunities Track students' progress, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records Work closely with general education teachers, support personnel, and families to promote student success Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment where all students can thrive
