Qualifications and Experience:

Current LBS1 Illinois Special Education Teacher certification is required Previous experience teaching in self-contained special education settings strongly preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Strong ability to manage classroom dynamics and cultivate a positive learning space Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families Experience working with elementary or middle school students
