You'll be empowering 3rd through 5th grade students, providing tailored instruction and nurturing their individual strengths each day from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Your role will encompass:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student Create a supportive and structured learning environment Adapt curriculum and instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs Collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, and other educational specialists Monitor progress and maintain detailed documentation Foster a classroom community built on respect, encouragement, and inclusion

Qualifications:
