Qualifications:
Valid Illinois teaching license with LBS1 endorsement (required) Previous experience as a case manager (preferred) Passion for supporting K-8 special education students Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Case management for K-8 special education students (caseload size may vary) Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Coordinate with families, staff, and related service providers Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support students in achieving academic and social-emotional goals
