Desired Qualifications:

Valid teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement Experience teaching elementary-aged students in a school setting (preferred) Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Compassionate approach with excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to individual student needs Collaborative spirit to work closely with support staff, parents, and fellow educators
