Within a classroom capped at 18 students, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where diverse needs and abilities are embraced. Working hours are 7:45 am to 2:30 pm each weekday, aligned with the traditional school schedule - allowing valuable work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education Teaching licensure/certification appropriate for early childhood or PreK settings Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to adapt instruction for a variety of learning differences Strong skills in classroom management, communication, and collaboration Previous experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in an inclusive or blended setting Passion for creating accessible, differentiated learning experiences for young children

Key Responsibilities:
