Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with PreK or early elementary-aged children preferred Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Ability to adapt and differentiate instruction for diverse learning needs Effective communication and collaboration skills with both staff and families

Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction to meet the wide-ranging needs of PreK students in a blended classroom setting Work closely with the general education teacher and paraprofessionals to create a cohesive, inclusive environment Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Foster positive relationships with students and encourage social, emotional, and academic growth Maintain clear communication with families and staff to share progress and strategies Support students in daily routines and transitions to promote independence and confidence This engaging weekday position runs from 7:45 am to 2:30 pm, allowing time for planning, reflection, and work-life balance.
