Special Education Teacher 2026-2027 School Year | Winnetka, IL | Up to $65/hour Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time position for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year in Winnetka, IL.

Instructional support, IEP collaboration, progress monitoring Your Key Responsibilities Provide academic support to students with IEPs in a resource setting Develop and implement instructional strategies tailored to individual learning goals Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress Participate in staff meetings and school-wide initiatives What We're Looking For Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement Fingerprinting and background check required before start Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Passion for inclusive education and student-centered practices New graduates welcome—mentorship and training provided!
