What Were Seeking:

Valid Special Education Teaching Certification for Indiana Experience working with multi-categorical or life skills caseloads preferred Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, staff, and families Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Your Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction and individualized support to an intermediate life skills class with 9 students Utilize evidence-based strategies to address students unique learning needs and goals Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with two paraprofessionals in the classroom to adapt lessons and activities Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere Track and report on student progress, communicating regularly with parents and staff
