Positions are available for both Life Skills Teachers (requiring Moderate Intervention certification) and Structured Teach Teachers providing autism support (requiring Mild Intervention certification).

Key Qualifications:

Current Indiana teaching license in Special Education Moderate Intervention certification for Life Skills role or Mild Intervention certification for Structured Teach role Demonstrated experience supporting students with unique learning needs Strong classroom management skills and knowledge of evidence-based instructional practices Collaborative attitude to work with school teams and families Commitment to individualized instruction and progress monitoring

Role Highlights:

Serve as a Life Skills Teacher with hours from 7:20 a.m. to 3:10 p.m., or as a Structured Teach Teacher with hours from 8:20 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. Guide a manageable caseload of approximately 1015 students, enabling focused, personalized instruction Create structured, supportive classroom environments for learners with moderate interventions or autism support needs Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learner profiles Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere and monitor student progress
