We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic violin, viola, cello, and double bass teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree in music with a focus on strings, or be in the process of completing their BA. Private teaching experience is essential. As a teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, preparing students for performances, and communicating effectively with students and parents. Our school is currently only open Mondays through Thursdays at 2:00-9:00 pm, and Saturdays optional.Responsibilities:
Teach violin, viola, cello, and double bass lessons to students of all ages and skill levels Prepare students for performances and recitals Communicate regularly with students and parents in a positive and encouraging manner Utilize technology for lesson assignments and virtual makeup lessons Maintain a consistent schedule and arrive punctually for lessonsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in music with an emphasis on strings (or in progress) Private teaching experience for all instruments listed Strong communication skills Proficiency with technology Must bring your own laptopSchedule:
Weekday afternoons, starting at either 2:00 or 3:00 pm, with the potential for evening lessons ending as late as 9:00 pm. Saturday optional. How toApply:
