Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education Strong background working with elementary students, ideally in grades 3-5 Experience managing a caseload and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff Flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices
