Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-appropriate) Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field Previous experience as a SPED Teacher, preferably in a school environment Solid knowledge of IEP processes, accommodations, and modifications Skilled at adapting instruction to individual student needs Strong classroom management and communication abilities Commitment to fostering an encouraging, empowering classroom environmentKey Responsibilities:
