Key Qualifications & Experience:
Current Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with preschool-aged children and/or students with mild to moderate learning disabilities Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Skilled in differentiated instruction and adaptive teaching techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families, colleagues, and support staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing classroom environmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and IEP goals Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP updates Utilize assessment data to guide instruction and interventions Foster a positive learning environment that supports student growth academically, socially, and emotionally Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with staff and administrationWhat You'll Enjoy:
