There are three specialized roles available at one location: Middle School Special Education Teacher focusing on students with emotional disabilities Middle School Special Education Teacher supporting students with functional or life skills needs Elementary Special Education Teacher working with children with emotional disabilities

Qualifications:

Current and valid Kansas Special Education Certification (KS SPED Cert required) Experience working with students who have emotional disabilities, as well as those with functional/life skills needs, is highly valued Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Commitment to providing individualized and compassionate support to diverse student populations Flexibility, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset Previous experience in similar settings is a plus
