Required Qualifications:
Current Kansas Special Education Teaching License Experience with early childhood and/or elementary intensive skills caseloads preferred Expertise or strong interest in autism spectrum classroom instruction Strong communication and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct instruction and support to students with intensive learning and behavioral needs Implement specialized strategies for early childhood and elementary-aged students in an autism classroom setting Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with educational staff, families, and related service providers Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress effectively
