Openings span elementary (10), middle (5), and high school (4) levels, in addition to two positions within a Bridges alternative program serving students with significant behavioral needs. Specialized classrooms focus on life skills, autism support, or behavior intervention, ensuring educators can deeply engage with students unique learning profiles.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Valid and active Kansas teaching license in special education for your grade level; required at the time of application. Prior experience with life skills, autism spectrum, or behavioral classrooms is strongly preferred. Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized instructional plans tailored to student needs. Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that promotes social, behavioral, and academic growth. Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere compliant with school guidelines and special education best practices.
