This contract position focuses on guiding students with unique learning needs in a LIFT program. With a manageable caseload of 8 students across grades K, 1, 2, 3, and 5, youll have the chance to truly make an impact throughout the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated educational team, fostering growth and achievement for each child. Hours are thoughtfully set from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, offering structure and predictability for your workday. The assignment begins at the start of the school year (August 3, 2026) and runs through the last day (May 25, 2027), providing consistency for both you and your students.

Qualifications and Experience:

State certification to teach Special Education (or eligibility for certification) Experience working with elementary students in special education settings Strong knowledge of IEP processes and instructional strategies for diverse learners Ability to collaborate with families, staff, and service providers Commitment to fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented classroom atmosphere
