Qualifications:

Valid Kansas Special Education Certification (KS SPED Cert required) Experience with students with emotional disabilities or functional/life skills needs preferred Adaptability and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices Ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about working with special populations

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct instruction tailored to students unique needs Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners Collect data on student progress and participate in team meetings
