Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instruction and classroom management techniques as needed Commitment to fostering a positive and respectful learning environmentRole Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans in accordance with student needs and state guidelines Provide direct instruction and support within self-contained and/or inclusion classrooms Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Monitor and document student progress; adapt lesson plans and strategies as necessary Maintain records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements Participate in professional development opportunities and relevant school meetingsBenefits:
