Desired Qualifications:

State certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain before the assignment begins Experience teaching or supporting students with diverse learning needs in school settings Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive, and engaging classroom environment Adaptability and a growth mindset to thrive in new settings

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver tailored instruction to elementary students in the LIFT program Collaborate with general educators, specialists, and families to implement IEPs Track and document student progress, adjusting approaches as needed Create an encouraging and supportive classroom culture
