Qualifications:
Active Special Education teaching certification (state-specific or multi-state preferred) Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Experience with IEP development and implementation Strong communication and collaboration skills Adaptability to different school environments and student needs
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver effective instruction tailored to students individualized education plans Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and staff to support student success Monitor and document student progress, updating IEPs as needed Communicate regularly with families to share progress and address concerns Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
