Classroom Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Classroom Teacher to inspire and educate students across various age groups. Duties Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and special education needs. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and incorporate innovative learning technology to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate remote or hybrid instruction when needed. Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques, creating a positive and inclusive environment conducive to learning. Assess student progress regularly through standardized testing, formative assessments, and informal evaluations; adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support students with diverse learning styles, including those with autism or special education requirements. Develop creative writing exercises and proofreading activities to bolster literacy skills while fostering self-expression among students. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to develop curriculum development initiatives that promote childhood development and early childhood education principles. Requirements Proven classroom experience with a strong background in teaching children of various ages; preschool experience or early childhood education certification preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning technology tools, and digital resources for effective instruction delivery. Knowledge of literacy education, math instruction techniques, behavior management strategies, and childhood development milestones. Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs; familiarity with Montessori or other alternative educational approaches is a plus. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues; ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback. Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners while maintaining high standards of educational excellence.
