Desired qualifications and experience:

Current Kentucky Special Education Teaching certification, including MSD credentials Demonstrated experience serving students with moderate to severe disabilities, preferably in an elementary setting Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with colleagues, staff, and families Key responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing individualized education plans for each student on your caseload Delivering targeted instruction that addresses both academic and functional goals Collaborating closely with paraprofessionals, specialists, and related service providers Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Engaging families by building positive, ongoing communication about student progress In addition to making a positive difference, youll enjoy comprehensive healthcare benefits, as well as competitive hourly compensation between $30-$35, paid weekly on a W2 contract.
