Skills Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or elementary school classrooms. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy education, math instruction, and curriculum development. Expertise in special education practices, including working with students with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders support strategies. Excellent classroom management skills combined with effective behavior management techniques for students with diverse needs. Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with parents, colleagues, and external specialists to support student success. Proficiency in educational technology integration for lesson planning, assessments, and student engagement. Familiarity with IEP processes, special education law, instructional modifications, and standardized testing procedures.
