Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique strengths and challenges Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports academic, behavioral, and social development Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, instructional aides, and support staff to address the holistic needs of students Employ diverse instructional techniques and materials adapted for various learning abilities Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and regularly communicate with families and school administrators
