Self-contained Provide specialized instruction and support tailored to individual student needs. Position 3 4th6th

Grade Grade Levels:

4th6th grade

Setting:

Self-contained classroom Provide individualized instruction and support aligned with student IEPs and educational goals. Responsibilities Develop and provide specialized instruction based on individual student needs and IEP goals. Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment. Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation. Collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education staff, related service providers, and families. Implement appropriate behavioral and instructional strategies to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based responsibilities as needed. Preferred Experience Experience with ABA methodologies is preferred. Experience supporting students with significant behavioral needs is preferred. Previous experience in a self-contained Special Education setting is a plus. Strong collaboration and classroom management skills are encouraged.
