Qualifications & Skills:

Current and valid Special Education teaching license in Louisiana (LA SPED license required) Experience working with diverse student populations, including ages 3-5 and elementary grades Comfortable supporting various classroom structures (inclusion, self-contained, resource rooms) Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in virtual and in-person environments Adaptability and a positive approach to addressing the unique needs of each child
