Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid special education teaching certification Experience working in schools, especially with PreK-5th grade students Deep understanding of IEP implementation and progress monitoring Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for supporting diverse learning needs and fostering an inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to serve students varied needs Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and specialists to deliver holistic support Track student progress and communicate with families and school staff Create a positive, structured classroom atmosphere conducive to growth and achievement
