Qualifications and Skills:

Valid teaching certification for Deaf / Hard of Hearing students (state-specific credentials preferred) Experience teaching or supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing in school settings Strong knowledge of assistive technology, accommodations, and various communication modalities, including American Sign Language (ASL) Ability to create and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Passion for equal access to education and advocacy for students needs

Key Responsibilities:
