Your role will involve implementing curriculum plans, managing classroom activities, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's success. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans aligned with educational standards and developmental goals for young children. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and track student progress. Incorporate differentiated instruction techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, including students with autism or special education needs. Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Conduct assessments of student performance using standardized testing, formative evaluations, and performance data analysis to inform instruction. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavioral updates, and curriculum implementation through meetings, reports, or digital platforms. Collaborate with faculty colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements, share best practices, and ensure compliance with educational regulations. Adapt instructional methods based on individual learning styles and cultural backgrounds to promote equitable access to education. Integrate physical education activities and literacy education into daily lessons to support holistic childhood development. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student performance data, attendance, and behavioral incidents in accordance with school policies. Skills Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integrating learning technology into classroom instruction. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, and curriculum development. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage young children effectively. Experience working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds and those requiring special education accommodations. Effective communication skills for parent engagement, faculty collaboration, and student interaction. Ability to design instructional modifications tailored to individual learning needs and styles. Familiarity with educational compliance standards, regulated testing procedures, and early childhood education regulations. Creative writing skills for developing engaging lesson content and educational materials. Experience working with children with autism or in preschool settings is highly desirable.
