Support children with special needs through individualized instruction and early intervention techniques. Foster a safe, inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and emotional well-being. Utilize classroom management skills to organize activities, monitor progress, and adapt teaching methods as needed. Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing standards to evaluate student progress. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student development and classroom activities. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, preschool, private schools, or early childhood programs.
