Immediately Job Description Seeking an educator licensed in special education (moderate disabilities) who is committed to helping students find academic, social, and emotional success in an inclusive setting. The chosen educator will work alongside and in partnership with a content general educator. The co-teachers will create an equitable, inclusive environment that supports students' mental health while presenting them with challenging, rigorous content with a focus on growth. The staff at the Athol Royalston Middle School are committed to creating an inclusive and safe learning and working environment that reflects a diversity of perspectives, values, and experiences. We welcome staff who are aware of the role that bias and prejudice play in society, are creative and willing to try new approaches and are reflective about their daily practice.
