This role supports a substantially separate Autism program and is on-site. Job Summary We're seeking a dedicated special educator who can deliver specialized instruction, implement appropriate supports, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help students thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally in a structured program setting.

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction aligned to students' IEP goals in a substantially separate setting. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, including data collection and progress reporting. Differentiate instruction using evidence-based strategies and appropriate accommodations/modifications. Collaborate with related service providers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to support student needs. Support student skill-building in academics, communication, and social-emotional/behavioral development. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings, parent/guardian communication, and compliance processes.

Qualifications:

Licensed/certified Special Education Teacher (or eligible) in Massachusetts (preferred). Experience supporting students with Autism and/or in substantially separate classroom settings. Familiarity with specialized programming and supports (e.g., structured teaching, sensory supports, assistive/adaptive tools). Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Bedford, MA.
