Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:
Valid teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with students in a school setting, especially those requiring IEP implementation or specialized interventions Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, staff, and specialists Proficiency in developing and adapting curriculum materials to support diverse learning needs Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to documentation and progress tracking
Primary Responsibilities:
Create and deliver individualized or small-group instruction in accordance with students IEPs Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students unique learning requirements Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrative staff to coordinate student support Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust strategies based on data and student feedback Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings, reporting progress and recommending changes Working in this specialized role, youll develop meaningful relationships with your students, foster a supportive classroom culture, and witness the positive impact of your contributions.
