Qualifications:

Valid Massachusetts Special Education Licensure Experience or willingness to work with elementary-aged children Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to create an inclusive, adaptive learning environment

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Differentiate instruction and adapt curriculum to support diverse learning styles Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate student records Foster a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that supports every childs growth This position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 2027. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, focusing on supporting elementary students in reaching their full potential.
