Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) Licensure for the appropriate grade level Experience working with primary grade students, preferably in a therapeutic or specialized classroom setting Strong skills in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation Ability to foster a supportive, safe, and structured environment Effective communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists Patience, adaptability, and a student-focused approach
Daily Responsibilities:
