Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Experience managing IEPs and individualized instruction Familiarity with a range of learning disabilities and behavioral needs Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Provide differentiated instruction to students with special needs Develop, implement, and track IEP goals and related documentation Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, administrators, and families Foster a supportive, inclusive, and productive learning environment Utilize data-driven instructional strategies to maximize student progress
