Preferred Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) Licensure is required Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is highly desirable Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning styles and needs Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group instruction aligned with IEP goals Modify curriculum as necessary to ensure access and progress for all students on the caseload Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Employ effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning atmosphere Communicate regularly with families to discuss student progress and strategies for support Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with district and state special education guidelines
