This full-time position spans February 2027 through June 2027, supporting a diverse caseload of Pre-K through 8th-grade learners. Key Qualifications:
Valid Massachusetts licensure in Severe Disabilities or Moderate Disabilities (required) Bachelors degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field Prior experience with Pre-K through 8th-grade students preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Committed to tailoring instruction to diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver differentiated instruction, adapting lessons to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities Develop, implement, and regularly review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, support staff, and administrators Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in eligibility meetings and IEP reviews Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Employ a range of instructional strategies and assistive technologies to support diverse needs
