Key Qualifications:
Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) or eligibility for certification Previous experience working in school settings with students who have visual impairments preferred Knowledge of assistive technology, adaptive materials, and specialized instructional strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility and adaptability in providing both direct and consultative services Ability to complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
Primary Responsibilities:
