Requirements:
Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license Experience working with K-8 students strongly preferred Flexibility and adaptability in new classroom settings Passion for inclusive education and individualized instruction
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized instruction to K-8 students Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with other educators and families Monitor academic progress and adjust teaching methods as needed Maintain compliance with all state and federal education requirements Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment
