Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Active state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility for reciprocal license) Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred) Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs, including IEP development and implementation Proven classroom management and communication skills Familiarity with differentiated instruction and evidence-based interventions Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver individualized instruction aligned with student IEPs Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress and inform instructional decisions Foster a welcoming, positive classroom culture that celebrates student achievements Partner with general education teachers to ensure inclusion and access to the curriculum Maintain accurate records and documentation, meeting compliance standards and deadlines Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams This is an exciting chance to help shape students academic journeys while expanding your own experience in the field.
